FCC Closed Captioning:

Closed captioning provides a critical link to news, entertainment, and information for individuals who are deaf or hard-of-hearing. For individuals whose native language is not English, the English language closed captions improve comprehension and fluency. WCOV-TV gladly complies with FCC guidelines regarding closed captioning so that all of our viewers can benefit from and enjoy access to WCOV/FOX 20 programs.

If you experience a problem related to closed captioning while viewing WCOV/FOX 20, please contact us using the information provided below. To help us resolve your problem and get back in touch with you in a timely manner, please provide the following information:

  • Name 
  • Address 
  • Phone, videophone, TTY number, email address, or other means of contact 
  • The date and time you experienced the captioning problem 
  • The name of the program or show with the captioning problem 
  • A detailed description of the captioning problem

Children's Programming:
